Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Allenth. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we're here to help with a fair and transparent return and refund process.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging
  • Must include all original accessories, manuals, and tags
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) must be provided

We do not accept returns on:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
  • Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned with missing parts

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@allenth.com with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Clear photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., you changed your mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • We do not charge a restocking fee.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.


If approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically appear on your statement within 10 days, depending on your bank or payment provider

If your return is rejected due to non-compliance with our policy, the item will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not functioning correctly, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@hillaryeb.com. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or video showing the defect or damage

We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
