Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not support international shipping at this time.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

All orders are shipped using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and the size of your order. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, estimated delivery time is typically:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, seasonal volume, and carrier delays beyond our control.


Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping is free on all orders across the United States.
  • We do not currently offer express or expedited shipping options.

Multiple Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure the fastest delivery. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package, if applicable.


Undeliverable or Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Allenth is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Refused deliveries
  • Unclaimed packages

If a package is returned to us due to address issues, we will contact you for an updated address. Reshipping fees may apply.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also contact us at support@allenth.com if you need help tracking your order.


Damaged or Lost Items

If your item arrives damaged or your package is lost in transit, please email us at support@allenth.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item (if applicable), and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
